Dj great vid and another new project is always a good thing and to start from the ground up and it has a 3.0 liter inline 6 cylinder with 215HP and a 185FTLBS of torque 👍 it just needs some nice BBS wheels now and maybe a supercharger also it's a nice addition to the growing collection and as always keep up the great work 👍
Good find. I've got a 530xi slammed on weds cerberus 2's. The mismatched tire size issue is not a myth. You will cook the transfer case. Get x-delete and it will be much more fun, then you can switch it between 2 and 4 wheel drive.
Hey man I love the channel, btw it’s an n52b30 which is a very reliable engine… to keep it running minty all you gotta do is change the oil filter housing gasket, valve cover gasket, coils, spark plugs and make sure there’s no oil on the belt because if it slips it’ll be sucked into the crankshaft. And don’t forget to register the battery if you change it so that you don’t have any electrical gremlins. Cool find tho a e60 with a 6speed manual

Well until last month when the car stopped recognizing the key. Gotta order a new one from bmw. Luckily i bought a cheap v6 08 silverado during the pandemic.

I think this was a great deal for $1000, especially because it runs and has a manual transmission. This will make a great vehicle for you with a little bit of work put into it.

I'm on my 2nd 06 330xi and yep leaks oil but man I love it for a daily. Wish it was a manual but 175k miles it's a great daily. Alternator pulley went bad a few weeks ago sounded like the car had a rod knock.

The n52 for the 25 series bmws are super reliable thing will last forever my 325i was 6 speed also and n52 and i sold it with 275k miles and still ran strong

I bought a $2000 RHD e46 before Christmas, it’s a 330d manual too! It hasn’t moved a foot yet but was still a deal
you cant find any e46/36 around here running driving , with tittle and a manual for 1k this def was a friend hookup for 1k !

7:24 my X1 has factory staggered wheels and it's an xdrive model. The tire sizes are way different, but they come out to the same diameter.

I got a front n rear bumper off an m5 for you! also a m5 hood but idk if its the same as the base model without the v10! its black sapphire metallic.

The "lube" that came with the spark plug wires is actually dielectric grease, it promotes conductivity between the spark plug and the plug wire.
