Delicious thank you for this recipe u know Ma'am I didn't know cooking at all but I learnt cause of my dad who wanted to eat homecooked food as my mom too never cooked as she was always working so I started to learn and I made such horrible food initially but my papa he was so sweet he never commented on my food when I ate I used to think how could he have eaten this but slowly I learnt that time no nett those times when one used to buy Hawkins cookers with that one used get cookbooks I learnt and made many recipes cause of these cookbooks Sanjeev Kapoor was my idol at that time he had just begun learnt from him then Shahi tukda recipe I learnt from Jiggs Kalra unfortunately he's no more saw his way of making then tried it myself so delicious it came out I became famous in my family to make this dish and also kheer, made food only for my family they enjoyed it so much m sorry I have taken up so much time but whenever Shahi tukda is made I cannot forget my Dad his encouragement can never be forgotten thank y Ma'am for this recipe it's another way of making
