He’s a blessing to this world, to you guys and to people like with with Tarlov Cyst. I cry watching his neurology playlist. I’ve seen over a dozen specialty doctors, nobody helps me
As I continue to watch these videos, over and over again; I continue to become more confident, and I understand neurology a little bit better, and better; and it feels real good. It is a very nice feeling. Thank you for teaching us Zach. Thank you Ninja Nerds.
What's your name, dude? I'd like to address you by name when I include you and your videos in my evening prayer thanking God for all the things that spice up my life 👏👏👏
Professor Murphy, You are a gift, a blessing to this world. I cry watching your neurology playlist esp no 66. I’ve seen over a dozen specialty doctors, nobody helps me I have Tarlov Cyst, Perineural cysts in my sacrum. They eroded my sacral laminae, compressed nerves. It’s been 10 years since I was diagnosed. Understanding Wallerian degeneration and regeneration helps. You are the best teacher. I wish I knew you when you lived in Hawaii. I’m grateful finding you 🙏
I wish we had teachers like you in Indian med schools. Hardly anyone here is even interested in teaching, all they are concerned with is completing the curriculum and taking examinations. You're so enthusiastic about the topics you convey.
OMG!!! You made more sense than my lecturer!! very easy to understand with your diagrams and your explanations covered all that I required. Thanks mate!
I'm spanish speaker, and it's quite difficult to find good work like this in my native language. I've found your videos not so long ago and I swear, they are PURE GOLD. Thnk u so much for your hardwork and dedication.
Thanks a lot. You saved my last minute preparation time. Your enthusiasm and positive energy while explaining makes the topic more interesting. Keep uploading such videos 👍
I cannot even start to express how much this has helped me get a better grip on pain physiology, opioid physiology and general neuroanatomy!!!! This video is amazing.
That was very useful and informative. It was difficult to read the text with all the really weird and confusing name, but managed to put it in simple terms. Thank You and keep up the good work

No words to thank you man!!!.. The books have messed it up with lots and lots of theories and missed the actual relation and rhythm.. Thank God for sending a 💎 gem like you 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤💓
I rarely comment videos on youtube but this time I do this because your job is highly amazing. Thanks so much. I read up to hundreds book of physiology but I did not understood these pain modulation theories until I watched your video. It is really a great job. I even watched plenty of youtube video about pain physiology but none of those video explains with much clearness and precision than your video. May the Lord send on you a storm of his graces and gifts. Once more, thanks a lot.
You, sir, are the MVP! You explain so well and so many of us can sense your passion for the topics that you are lecturing about and also in a very pedagogical way. Thank you so much! From a physiotherapy student
Great video man! I went to a meditation retreat one and a half years ago where I had to meditate 10 hours a day for 10 days. About a fifth day in I felt intense pain in my back but the instructions were to just accept the pain and not to react and wait for the pain to pass. So I was about 45 minutes in to a 1h session and I was really on the verge of giving up and ready to move my body to relieve the intense pain, when all of a sudden I felt the intense pain just evaporate. Instead I felt this pleasent buzzing numbness. And the funny thing is it became a habitual response for my body so the next time I felt that intense of a pain in my back I didn't even have to suffer for 45 minutes before my body decided to relieve the pain. You helped me undestand some of the mechanisms that were behind my experience and I am sincerely grateful for that!
U r just amazing .....this video is made in such a way that it will clear all doubts and will make us understand every thing in so crystal clear manner........it's really awesome 👌 👍
