    Hi Jamila! Thank you so much for this video! 💕Can you please make an etiquette video on how to stay classy and elegant during an argument? I think this is something that most of us would like to learn!😌

    • @needsofthenest9584
      @needsofthenest9584 Рік тому +1

      Yes, this is that one time when the most calmest of people lose control of their emotions.
      Would love to know more about it.

    • @luxurytravel759
      @luxurytravel759 Рік тому +6

      The best way is not to engage with people who start to become loud and rude and insulting during arguments/conversations. That means they already lost their argument and now resorted to insult. You can calmly point that out to them and say you no longer can have conversation if it’s not carried civilized way. This is a subtle “shade” to them as well as you’re pointing out that they are behaving uncivilized. Now if argument hasn’t resorted to insults and yelling and you’re just talking about being passionate about the topic and you can’t carry soft monotonic voice during argument that doesn’t mean that you lost class, that means that you’re just passionate about the topic and perhaps express yourself differently with more expressions, more emotions in your voice etc. Now if you’re talking about having a heated argument with your family member perhaps in private as long as it’s not in public, it’s ok to get emotional sometimes, we are not all robots always carrying ourselves with extreme calmness and softness, it’s impossible. At the end of the day you’re human with emotions. The key is to gain control over your emotions and never show your frustrated side in public.

    I think I would have felt terrible to even consider leaving the event let alone responding as you did while in reality it is YOUR time and only you should decide on how and with whom to spend it. Thanks so much for the good advice (here and in all your videos)! I find that being well rested and focusing is what helps me most. As for not letting others manage my time... I find that to be the most difficult. When you work in teams you often need to wait for others to finish a task so that you can take it from there, and it frustrates me when there are delays and that conditions my schedule. Any advice on how to deal with that?
