She was really trying to convince him to think like she does. Didn't want to say anything against k-pop. If you are celebrity or influencer you influence people lives including teens in some way or another so stay honest and you don't have to worry about dishonesty
my opinion is that kpop idols also photoshopping their images is kind of influencing their fans coz they are putting it out there to imply a little addition is not bad not saying that it is a bad thing but the other people photoshopping their bodies to influence others is also not wrong lol. She also said that ''aren't kpop idols allowed to be pretty '' so i feel like its the same for the other people photoshopping their bodies and fake wealth no hate just an opinion.😩😩
I think she said what she said because since some k-pop fans can be really strict and sometimes too much in an absurd way, the fact that there are people saying unnecessary, negative comments(in this case, photoshop) against k-pop idols upsets her. Not really much about saying Koreans are okay with photoshopping and other "influencers" are not. Influencers can photoshop too, ofc but she's saying that if someone is purposely photoshopping to sell products or smth, that's not okay. A little bit of photoshopping here and there is fine, but I also do think if you are at a point that can influence others, being "too fake" might not be the best path to go down. I feel bad cuz I don't think it was anything about double standards:(
7:40 I completely disagree that celebs should be allowed to use photoshop. Imagine, these people Idols/celebs/influences are idolised for the way they look, they are considered close to perfect and they go through multiple surgeries treatments etc etc and even after that they feel like they need to photoshop, what kind of message is this sending to the youth/people who idolise these people? That no matter all the lengths you go to that you still aren't good enough, that you still need photostop?!!!! Not to mention that celebrities are constantly using their looks to promote products for the general public to buy in hopes that it will make everyone closer to them, honestly just false advertising and exploiting insecurities of women. This is where it becomes a problem not just with plastic surgery or photoshop but what we are showing our younger audience in general. I miss the era, where we embraced natural beauty/ natural features of people, we really need to do better for our younger generations so they stop making looks their main priority and instead focus on their career's/inner beauty. I feel sad for people who only know how to focus on looks, life is so so so much more than that
I think it's different when you're trying to sell something. Photoshopping to make yourself look 'better' is one thing, but using photoshop on an ad where you're selling weight loss programmes is kind of scummy as people will be tricked into thinking they can look like that, when in reality the influencers themselves don't even look like that.
@@xxmidnightmoonglowxx OK but like she’s in denial not basically saying that it’s OK for K-pop idols to do it but for an influencers it’s not very normal and they shouldn’t do it as much but it’s like she probably doesn’t know most K-pop groups actually do Photoshop but you can just never tell
True, of course people who try to sell something like in the first video are the worst, but in the end idols make trends, young people take them as examples and they are creating the standards the future idols would have to respect too. I feel she's trying to defend them because they are part of her culture. It’s not that bad, but they are no better than the influencers.
@@itachiwife8670it's because "influencers", specifically fitneas influencers generate no value outside of their looks and lifestyle. Kpop idols generate most of their value from their music and live performances.
girl on the left westerner photo edit >>>> is a scam and false advertisement kpop photo edit >>>>> why aren't they allow to edit their photo ,this isn't wrong , they are trying to look good. 🤦♀
I think the difference between the K-pop stars and those influencer, is that the influencer are actively telling people to do something different to get a body they the influencers themselves got through Photoshop. K-pop idols have to get a specific body, or they'll be put off a job. They're not taking their fans to do the same. A lot of them complain to their fans about the hardships they had to go through to fit the body standards.
Celebrities are also influencers in a lot of ways and teenagers do try to look like them leading to causing stress so why should they be exempted? B4 u say it's not just about getting business out of it coz they did say that it causes stress to teenagers when talking about non celebrity photoshoped video.
For the influencers vs kpop idols Photoshopping their photos, i think the difference is that the influencer is purposefully tricking people to sell their product, while kpop idols are pressured to look perfect and their appearance is always scrutinized by their company, their fans and the general public. Kpop idols are constantly being tormented by people's obsession over their body. They gain weight - it becomes news, they lose weight - it goes viral, they don't look as "beautiful" as before - news come out about how they let themselves go. Rather then being mad at the idol, I'm mad at the people who made these idols insecure and possibly sick, forcing them to chase an unrealistic image of themselves.
This was so interesting and fun to watch! And you guys are awesome! Oh and as for the Kpop fantasy question. That does not bother me at all. Celebrities and idols make their living entertaining. So I already know it’s fake. That’s okay it doesn’t have an affect on my happiness or life. I’ll never meet them nor will they enter my circle of friends and family. It’s all part of the dream world. Just like social media they are fantasies. And that’s okay.
THIS! like sure idols or influencer can do as many Plastic surgery and Photoshop they want, thats their right. HOWEVER, if u dont inform people your pics or figure was created with the help of photoshop or plastic surgery then they tell people "oh i look like this cuz i exercise" or "im just naturally this pretty", people will assume its real and gets fooled by their omission of the truth. like the one guy said, normies gonna look at those pretty people in their screen and try their best to do their exercise or diets then when they dont get the result they want, their mentality and health takes a hit. idols and influencer should just tell the truth like "i do PS to get this figure" and "i use PS to edit my pics" "realistic fantasy" is a silly n shallow excuse to say "i just wanna look pretty, if u lack the critical thinking ability to figure out that my pics are fake, then that a u problem"
most of the celebrities around the world photoshop even after clicking pictures under the best lighting with the best cameras. Nothing unusual. what's the problem?
I think the difference between kpop idols and the work out influencers, is that kpop idols arent saying anything like "if you do what i do you can look like me", but the influencers are sharing that kind of imporession.
the transitions between English and Korean is so smooth. Good job guys. I know there are cuts and reshoots and other techniques. Their English is good. That's all.
There are smart scammers out there too, they just get away with and it's too late once people find out. Stupid scammers are the ones who get caught, smart scammers just don't get caught or are very difficult to catch.
Fake pregnant girl video is a false video, made in a rent a set (airplane seats set). There is tons of these about Karens and fights in airplanes. Faking scenarios is pathetic of these creators when they do not say it on the description of their videos
Ooopaaaaa...! 🤣 I just like saying tht wrd as an American. 😋 Latinas hv "Poppi"..possibly "El Jefe", but I might get some smoke on tht last one. 🤭 Now, I will enjoy yr fabulous video.. 🎉
I can understand the desire to cancel someone because they've done or said something wrong, but I'm sorry, I don't see the need to do so. Cancel culture is toxic. Does no one make a mistake? Or can no one change for the better? But once you're cancelled, that's it for you. Even if a lot of time have passed and you've changed for the better, because you've been cancelled in the past, there's no way back for you. Why don't people just point out the mistakes made or wrong done and let their followers decide for themselves their response? It could very well be that when someone has been called out by their followers, they may see the way their wrongs are negatively affecting people and they may be encouraged to change for the better. Isn't that a better outcome for all?
6:42 what??? what type of mentality does she have bro

Oh no, many of the NEW CARS like Lexus allow the driver to snap a picture of the car in front and if a car comes dangerously close in the back there is a red flask on the screen and the car or SUV has an alert sound also has alert sound for the sides front and back. Some has four way cameras.
i'm not affected seeing other people show off their fake whatevers, but i start to find it off-putting when they start to act entitled and superior over others because of what they falsely think is their higher status achieved by their fakery. like, photoshop all your photos, but don't think you can seduce and steal any man or all men because you think you're hotter than all their girlfriends; or show off your designer stuff, but don't say "ew" to the fashion of the poor or the stingy. and don't lie and claim you're "all-natural" or "born into it" just so you can criticize others who had to put in more work. more than sad, it's pathetic.
Yes, he''s wrong. nearly everyone I know has a dashcam. There are whole channels just for dashcam and since many of the channels are run by an American, most of the videos ARE American. Not all, mind you. And I don't know what it's like in other countries. But most Americans I know have a dashcam.

It reminds me of the Satire Stur yoghurt commercial.
"I am an Influencer..Stur! Am I influencing u, Stur!"

How are K-pop idols photoshopping different from influencers photoshopping ? 🙄
It's like their trying to let them off because they like K-pop. 😂

Her double standard hypocrisy between the other women and the Korean women is INSANE.
Using photosop to gain fame or money is wrong no matter what country you are from.

When @_bossberry__ speaks in English, she reminds me of Awkwafina. She sounds so much like Awkwafina and looks a bit like her too.
