  • A step by step video on how to disassemble a Kangen SD501 to repair an internal leak.
    When I say "Washer" within in the video, I really mean "Rubber O-Ring"
    I took the original rubber O-ring and matched it as close as I could to one at my local hardware store (plumbing section) for 75 cents!

    Do you remember what size the o-ring was? I think we have the same problem and I wanted to get the replacement part before taking the machine apart. Thanks for doing an awesome job on the video!

      Can't remember but best take the old one down to the store with you for comaparison.

    Hi sir...is there any chances the primary inlet (inlet from water source)is stuck with white ball valve..mine have some ball stuck inside the the primary hole for kangen filter
