I bought a pair this past summer of the rogers tough man. Impossible to tell if it was leaking in teal season because the weather but before the split even happened both my legs get full of water to the knee height. I've done the light trick the bubbles but can't find a leak anywhere. Even went to just aquasealing every seam I could do including around the boot line. I don't wear jeans I wear synthetic hunting pants. It's one thing to say sweat ita another to be standing in water inside your waders.
Got a small leak in one side of the boot that slowly gets wet & soaked but never fills up even when standing in the water all day. Decided to fill the waders with water but no visible leaks. Thinking it only occurs if I walk & put pressure near whenever that hole is. Maybe on the bottom boot? 🤷♂️ Could never find the leak so now it’s just collecting dust. Went ahead a got another one.
