@SikaUSA is this the same as SBR / PVA in the UK? Can't for the life of me find a slurry primer for my porcelain on a mortar bed in the states and am wondering if this will do the job.
This is acrylic (sometimes called latex) based. It may be called an acrylic bonder, primer or fortifier in the shop. PVA is basically very thin wood glu/whiteglue. Don't use PVA in wet areas, but otherwise its fine inside if you work fast. SBR (styrene butadine rubber) is expensive heavy-duty bonder but can't tolerate UV. Overkill for most small home projects. acrylic-based is very well rounded, easy to work with, waterpoofs well and is not expensive - so that should be the go-to
How long to wait before applying concret?
