Heyy Happy New Year! I hope you guys are doing well. I just got a new Mac and I am using this for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. I was trying to use UCFC Chimera on the Mac and wanted to dock a protein using AutoDock Vina when I got this error. Can someone please tell me what this is and how to solve this issue asap? [Errno 30] Read-only file system: 'docking.receptor.pdb' I really need to complete my work so any help is appreciated : )
Did you solve this issue? If not, have you tried a different .pdb file as a test? Try simply using the one mentioned in this tutorial - go get it from PDB or wherever the OP got his. See if you get the same error.
