Preparation
Soak 4 nos of almond gum over night …
Pisin is ready…
Gain weight
Take 2 almonds 2 cashews 1 fig 1 walnut 2 cherry 1/2 bananna soak it in water for 5 minutes then grind it to a pasre along with that water..
now take 2 glass of milk with fat to boil untill it reduces to 1 glass.. add turmeric nd ellachi
Now mulk is ready …
In a glass add 3 spns of Pisin to it add the ground mixture nd to it add the milk then add sugar or jagerry…
Ur weight gain health deunk is ready …
Lose weight
take 2 glass of milk without fat to boil untill it reduces to 1 glass.. add turmeric nd ellachi
Now milk is ready …
Take a glass add 3 spns of Pisin. Pore the milk to it nd add a spoon of honey…
Your weightloss drink is ready …
Have this every day or 4 days a week for 3 months nd see the results..
If u dont like the sweet taste u can add it with buttermilk nd drink ..
