Love this!!!! Dark color rooms don’t get as much attention as white & light grey decorated rooms. I’m glad to see someone that didn’t go the easy route because this looks amazing!

This turned out great! I really liked hearing you talk about why you chose placement and color of things. It’s a cool way to translate color theory. Also 100 percent here for rebelling against the “all white room”! 😂

@@sidneybakergreen i just learned about minimalism last year and made my room basically all white( mind you that was my first room makeover) now it’s been over a year and i’m tired and annoyed so i’m going with the darker aspect of minimalism. hopefully once im done it comes out good. 👍🏾

I love dark minimaliat aesthetic but I rent!!! 😭 It breaks my heart, I just want to paint everything black but I know most landlords wouldn’t appreciate it🥲 I try to put up tapestries and contact paper whenever possible but it does add up 😩
Normally landlords are cool if you paint it back 😭 it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission though 😂😂

Any chance you could go over your HDR workflow? Potentially with Pro Res Raw to CDNG?
Great video and beautiful bedroom. How do you make sure the SDR down convert is true to your HDR grading on UA-cam?
When I’m grading, are use Dolby Vision to check what the SDR version will look like. As long as you don’t mess with Trims, you’ll see an accurate representation. My primary grading display is Calibrated to Rec2020 PQ

How do the hue light strips stick to the underside of the bed? I'm getting that bed delivered tomorrow and was thinking of doing that exact thing. I had a waterbed prior (that movers completely destroyed) forcing me to get a new bed. I chose the Worth bed. I had LED light strips on the underside of the waterbed frame and had to use staples around to hold them up because the underside of the wood was rough and the adhesive wouldn't stick too well.
I used some 3M double sided tape
Do you know the dimension of your bedroom?
I’m not sure what size bed to go with.
I wanted to get the king size but I’m afraid it’ll be too big for the room.

Do you like the Worth bed or do you feel like it’s too low?
I like it a lot! I don't quite feel it's too low, however, I have found that I like the change of pace of a higher bed when traveling! That could just be to having something new though.
