It's in standard concert key, it's up to you to figure it out on the alto. I believe for you the changes would be in B minor. But it would still sound the same.

Eb, Bb or C? I guess it could be used by all, but how would one transpote it in that case?

I think at the end the piano is playing a D minor chord while the guitar plays a D major chord hehe
