I would say Cossacks are by far Russia’s best unit. They are 1 pop heavy cav. All the things that make shock infantry better than normal cav? Yeah, Russia has those but with more speed and HP, only losing out on unit size, but they more than make up for it in sheer power and massability
If only the bear were male then I'd be fine with him & the civ blasting me... but alas, their only reprieve is my Warchief's AoE Range Snipe is reduced. 2 or 3 days ago Chef was the only one streaming & a title/descrip had Lionheart + 'Can't Remember Name' Lobby Dodging today. Sadge, but it is what it is.
imo is expensive and not cost effective. and probably just trades poorly, there are better and cheaper options. might be a thing vs a cav civ though, lakota for example

The shipment cost is the issue. The wood trickle gives way too much value.
