If you were considering purchasing a Classic 350, Meteor 350, Yezdi, or Java, I think you can check the 225 cc engine on TVS Ronin that will perform admirably for the commuter role as well as occasional touring. The bike will also compete with the CB350 RS, Hunter 350, Classic 350, and even other 200 cc bikes.
The TVS Ronin is the first crossover bike from TVS, and it promises characteristics of both cruiser and scrambler at a competitive price range. There were rumors that the TVS Ronin will also get the reworked TVS Apache engine, which would prove to be better, but ultimately if you are planning on a simple commuter bike, The Ronin would be a great option as well.
You don't need to worry if you want a modern bike with LED headlights, LED taillights, and an all-digital instrument cluster because the TVS Ronin will have all of these features and more. Due to its square engine, the TVS Ronin will not perform well in drag race or at top speed. However, if you desire a performance bike like the CB 350 or Yezdi Roadster, you will be dissatisfied with this motorcycle's performance.There are many various colour options available, including single-tone, dual-tone, and triple-tone options, which are unheard of in the market. All variants come standard with a slipper clutch, although it is disappointing that the base model does not feature dual channel ABS.

Thanks a lot for the clarification. Only downside is rear mud guard which I will be modifying with Himalayan or hunter after buying this bike in January 2023

Hello Ronin users, I am considering buying this bike as I recently test drove it and fell in love with it. But I have seen many review videos complaining about engine vibrations at higher RPMs suggesting it's a bad touring bike. Looking for your thoughts on the same.
How much speed do you expect ? I drove at 71 km / hr no issue so far. My daily riding distance is 48 kms. But I will say seat needs more foam.

What do you mean by premium ness? Just charging hefty amounts for mediocre service quality doesn't mean service is premium . This is good bike for power commutation , Hunter and Highmess is also not exciting either. TVS showcased this bike 5 years back and launched it very late .
Idk if everyone faced but after 300kms im hearing some more noise from Ronin if anyone have Ronin pls confirm i need to take it for service tho

100% true on the bad service part, its across even all the major cities in India.
TVS bikes look awesome. But the only issue is the service centers. I almost booked RTR 200 but at the last minute brought FZ25 due to the reliability and expertise of Yamaha in Fi engines. TVS bikes have some serious issues with the Fi system. My friend who had RTR 200 suggested not to invest in TVS as his own bike was stalled twice within 4 months of purchase due to Fi issue and service center guys were not helpful. TVS needs to invest more on their service centers if they are serious about competing with international giants.

I now own a Honda Activa, which I have been riding for the past year, and I am considering purchasing a new bike, but I am torn between the Fz-x and the Ronin.
I recently learned to ride a gear bike, but I am still hesitant to ride in traffic.
My height is 5.9 and weight is 70 kg, although I am physically lean. I prefer Ronin because of its attractiveness and features, but it appears to be more comfortable with fz-x because to its weight.

Even service of Apache is not good. I have Apache180 and from last 8 years i m getting service from service centers only and still not satisfied. But i don't trust local mechanics so I have to go to service centers only.

I liked this bike too but on the test ride, I found it a bit uninspiring and plasticky in design especially sump guard and those things near engine. Finishing is great though unlike RE and yezdi. The new classic is heavier when maneuvering manually. But its engine and build are much better when I compare it with the previous classic. Turning radius etc. is better too.
In the end, I bought a classic reborn as I plan to sell it in a year or so. I want to own this beauty too if it comes in better colours
If you are talking about chain cover... Then play parallel video of chain cover... It will attach the viewer with the video... Else it is very boring.... Have separate shots for seat, lights, etc.... Just travelling travelling 😬

Only major problem and main reason for not buying is not having space to install 14T sprocket. Since they haven't given 6th gear.
