Hey Ed 😎How Goes It ? , Elvis E.P. collection Vol. 2 UK really NICE EP Package💢💫💥🎆 wow Shane is a Super Star 🌠🌠Cool looking records to have 🎉🎉thanks again keep on Rockin with Elvis 🎼🎵🎶🎹✌👍
WH Smith’s record dept is where I bought both sets from. Vol 1 still has the price on the cardboard outer which was £17.99 Great British Pounds. Vol 2 was £18.99. Wonderful times and I still have both sets. Great video Ed. Thank you 🙏
Hi Ed, I've had both sets since release, the name in the dead wax was put there by Bob Jones AKA 'Boppin' Bob', he was a top British mastering cutting engineer, he mastered many recording such as the Essential Elvis series to name just one.
My local record shop, TW records, sold volume one for £16.99 and vol. 2 for £17.99. A Touch of Gold vol.3, from this set, was released in the UK for the first time in 1982.
Yeah Vol 2 had some unreleased or at least rare tracks on it. These two sets sounded great. Some of the material coming from UK masters, were actually better than what the US was putting out at the time, especially the SUN tracks.
Just a little green with envy. Lol. How awesome is Shane! Love the set & know you will enjoy. Would be a dream to find them.
