Hello sir 🎉, 6 महीने पहले REC, PEC का भाव 130 था और PE 8 था, आज इनका भाव 450 है फिर भी इनका PE 8 ही है... इनका PE क्यों नहीं बढ़ा... जबकि इनका EPS, earnings भी इतना नहीं बड़ा

The returns for sbi small cap fund for past 10 years is 26% annualised and for Nippon India Small Cap Fund is 27% annualised. They have performed extremely well.
Yes because we are looking at it after 3-4 years of bull market. Check returns till 2019. After June 2021 these mutual funds were giving 30%+ returns.
Also 2020-21 these mutual funds gave 80-100% returns.
So 10 year returns shoot high.
I am also invested in SBI smallcap. I am just saying be reasonable. From 2017 to 2019 they gave negative returns. Don't think that they are gonna give these returns continuously. Reasonable returns will be 15-18% for the long term. This is also good. Ask for rolling returns. That will give you better picture..
@@nishantpratapsingh6628every 10 or 12 years there is a bull run , and that's how markets move in cycles . Moreover small cap mutual funds have beaten PMS returns and other instruments returns over a long period. The bull run is beginning, as pointed out by Basant Sir multiple times. At the end of the bull run , they will hopefully pose even better returns. The PMS and smallcases boasting 50-60% returns are also taking advantage of the same bull run. So why not look at 10 year returns for the mutual funds. Bull and bear markets are part of the game.

Kudos to the Indian fund managers , the returns are very good. If you invest regularly and sit over like a " Nagraj" , the results are fabulous. Generally , funds do not invest in highly leveraged companies and companies with corporate governance issues.

1. Sit like Nagraj on your portfolio
2. Prepare portfolio in bear market.
3 Prepare a Capitalist Mind-set.
4. Try to prepare concentrated portfolio.
5. Understand business & fundamentals.
6. Paisa Jyada Kamana hain and not Jaldi.
7. Take Leverage in bear market (20%) of your entire portfolio.
8. More than 90% investment in Stock Market,

You always mention that high PE for companies with low growth is not sustainable but is it not necessary to consider the capital efficiency for delivering the growth? Won’t a company A with 40% ROCE need much lesser capital to grow earnings as compared to a company B with only 20% ROCE and so deserve a higher PE even when earnings of company A are lower than company B?

Sir, don't you think that. If SIP is coming continuously then Market will never be fairly valued. It's just like this 1 rs share is costing 100rs and it's price keep on getting costlier. By this logic, govt are printing money and people are buying more stocks at any rate, then share real price will never come down. I think the real reason is the ' Principal of Status Quo'. Which is playing at backend. This principal is mostly adopted by Banks, Credit Card companies and all those businesses which extract money from people in small small amounts. Adv Malay Pande
