Sir, Thanks for ur regular videos. I was a govt servant so couldn't become rich but after my retirement I hv made money bcoz I started learning about share market. I hv invested heavily during COVID and sit tight on that scrips. I hv bought house in 1996 by selling HUL, NESTLE, ITC like shares but my house is having more value than those share and later on I bought those shares again. I hv crores of value of shares and generating around 20 lakh dividend annually and regularly paying Income tax. I hv been advising on shares related problems free of cost. Thanks once again for your videos.

Tata Communication ROE is 142 and P/E is 34. Also, it is a turnaround story which already reflected in the balance sheet of the company, the profit is continuously getting improved & borrowing reduced from the year 2021 onwards. Hello Sir, we have seen in our lifetime that property was the safest and most prudent investment for our elders and parents, maybe because there was no other option and things were very simple in regards to buying and selling. Today, due to various logistical and taxation issues it has become difficult. Especially in Major cities. But you are absolutely correct .In present day perspective property is actually a Very Big Mota Haathi. I know so many people stuck up in property and do not know how to get out of it or , if et all they can. It's crazy out there with tele marketers trying to hard sell a flat and they talk about 3-4 crores Worth off property as if its a fridge or T. V. That is being sold.
