    Ingredients 配料 :
    2 Drumsticks, pieces 2个 鸡腿, 切块
    3 slices Ginger 3片 姜
    4 Angelica 4片 当归
    5 Red dates 5粒 红枣
    10g Wolfberries 10克 枸杞子
    ¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐

    Marinate Fish 腌鱼 :
    1 Fish 1条 鱼
    1 teaspoon HuaDiao wine 1茶匙 花雕酒
    ½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
    1 tablespoon Tapioca flour 1汤匙 木薯粉
    Ingredients 配料 :
    20g Ginger, shreds 20克 姜, 切丝
    2 Spring onion, pieces 2条 青葱, 切段
    2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
    2 Celery, pieces 2条 芹菜, 切段
    1 Tomato, pieces 1粒 番茄, 切块
    1 Chilli, shreds 1条 辣椒, 切丝
    Seasonings调味料 :
    1 tablespoon Preserved soy beans 1汤匙 豆酱
    ½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
    1 teaspoon Light soy sauce 1茶匙 酱青
    ¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
    1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
    3) 黑胡椒虾婆 Black Pepper Crayfish
    Ingredients 配料 :
    12 Crayfish 12只 虾婆
    50g Butter 50克 牛油
    2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
    6 Ginger slices, minced 6片 姜, 切碎
    2 Spring Onion 2条 青葱
    1 Chilli 1条 辣椒
    Seasonings 调味料:
    1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
    3 tablespoon Black pepper 3汤匙 黑胡椒粉
    ¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
    1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
    ½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
    1 teaspoon HuaDiao wine 1茶匙 花雕酒
    50ml Water 50毫升 水
