I've found that women who wear good-sized diamond earrings never change them out - day-into-evening ease at its best! They light up a lady's face in tee-shirt and jeans or an evening gown. Threaded posts often need another person to help attach the butterfly, but, they stay on. Also, once you are used to them, you can even sleep in them. As Marilyn Munroe said: "I Love finding new places to wear diamonds"

Hi Perran , you do it if you love it and have passion for making jewelry , I’m an old man now , but if I’ll have to do it all over again , I’ll do it , there’s no money at the beginning only Glory of making jewelry , money comes after you get a lot of experience , become a diamond setter or a Cad designer, people don’t make jewelry like me anymore, but if you decide to become a jeweler , you’ll have to be the best and practice and practice till you get it right , I wish you good luck and don’t get tired and always follow your heart

I learned watching other jewelers with more experienced than me , then it was up to me to even the quality or to make them better , practice makes perfect , I kept practicing over and over

I think you meant to say a 'threaded post'. Screwback earrings are for non-pierced 👂ears! The earrings would slip off and get lost on the ground.
