It really doesn't matter if she's fake or real to me, I just like her voice. Though one awesome aspect of her being a vocaloid is that anyone can use her voice to create a song, and she's not limited to any genre. That is why she's so awesome. And she's a lot less generic and fake than Miley Cyrus, Rebecca Black, etc.
This song is explosive, urgent, filled with sadness. I'm picturing myself with my own fishing rod, waiting for some meaning to bite. I think theres nothing wrong with listening to the beat, it moves me just as much as anyone else that just listens to lyrics or what ever else people see in music. I listen to a lot of japanese and because I dont understand it, the words they sing form part of the beat to me. It moves me just the same
For Vocaloids there are no improvements to be made, but as humans can continually grow, and that makes us unique. Sure we have imperfections, but we can also go above and beyond them.

The song BRS was originally because the composer (whose name I can't remember) saw the anime and thought, "Hey, that looks like Miku!" and made a song about it. The reason there isn't an anime is because then there would be canon personalities, which would limit the creativity in songs because they wouldn't be canon.
I will interpret it at another angle, She is the future of music. Miku is the FIRST vocaloid created. She is designed solely to make music(SOUND). The developer probably thinks many popular music will revolve around vocaloid in the future.
