It's interesting how when Liz is speaking to the camera (as in a lecture) she has a tendency to fill her speech with ers and ums. Off camera she seems more precise and concise. Despite all that, I have enormous respect for her creative thinking and her off-center projects that are beautifully intriguing.
Wonderful and fascinating Elizabeth Diller- you will be speaking in Berlin on April 25-26, 2018 and I just cannot wait to hear what you have to say then. I love your work and ideas. I appreciate the person who filmed you in such a way of - the perfect image of what you want to say. Lovely work and 'we' are watching you!
In the three short decades between now and the twenty-first century, millions of ordinary, psychologically normal people will face an abrupt collision with the future. Citizens of the world's richest and most technologically advanced nations, many of them will find it increasingly painful to keep up with the incessant demand for change that characterizes our time. For them, the future will have arrived too soon.
