- A huge congratulations to our Kayne Mather, former student, apprentice and current Sous Chef at Fletchers! Kayne has been selected to win the prestigious Cherry Grainger prize for 2024 by the Worshipful Company of Cooks.
This award recognises his “outstanding performance in the City and Guilds organisation” and dedication to mentoring the next generation of chefs.
