I live in UK near London - i enjoy training in Venice Beach, especially at Golds and Muscle Beach. I try to go one every couple of years. My visit last month was in fact the first since pre Covid and it was great to see the new outdoor training area at Golds. I release the videos over several weeks or months so it looks like i spend more time there than I actually do! I will probably try to get back sometime next year if time and budget allows.
Many thanks! There’s a couple more videos still to come from that trip. I try to lift 5 times per week, afternoons or evenings. I follow my own ABC7 System - Arms, Back, Chest, Delts and Elevators (legs) - one bodypart per day - and 7 exercises per bodypart. This video shows 7 exercises I do for day B (back).
@@ChrisZarembaFitness looking forward to the vids. Five times per week is great. I'm happy when I get in 3-4 and that's including cardio. I guess you do cardio on the other two days?
@@ncnurseryman I try to do cardio five mornings a week, pre-breakfast. So that indeed makes 10 gym trips a week - but I tie many of them to run alongside a PT client session so that minimizes excess travel.
Thanks for all, Chris. So, you live in the UK but go to Venice Beach often?

Back is my body part to train Chris
Chest is my favourite, but back comes a close second!
Chris, congratulations on the recent 4th place and good vid too. How many days per week do you lift?
