Congratulations for Boston qualifying and fantastic race overall how EP3 performed at the full marathon? How many gels do you take? Did you take Maurten maybe? i will have chance to buy them on NYC expo in November
Awesome video man! I am aspiring to run a sub 3 hour marathon this fall at the Mills race in Indiana. My best Half was 1:28:40 (oct 2022). best 10k is 39:10 (march 2023). I am currently on week 11 of my marathon build and wondering if there was a workout you did that made you confident that you could break 3 hours for this race?
I did “Yasso 800s” a few times, that’s a good one! Mostly long runs, some 1/2s, but its about the consistency of the weeks! Good luck!! Keep me posted on it!
@@GriffinJaworski Will do, I did Yasso 800 a few weeks ago 8x800 with equal rest. I was able to get 2:57 average on that one so in a few weeks I will do 10x800 with 400 m jog recovery
