Hey, I'm 43, born in NY, I've never actually bothered with politics until I saw how they mistreated Trump in that court. Time to get involved.
The statue of limitation only applies under the misdemeanor law and not the felony they later tried him on after the fact. They violated his 6 amendment rights and his discovery motion under Brady vs Maryland. Our President has the right to know what he was up against in order to build an adequate defense. He has the right to cross examine all accusers. Under the misdemeanor law before it can become a felony you have to file within the time limits allowed. State prosecutors don't have the jurisdiction to file and prosecute a case under federal law. Trump should've never been tried under any law because the time to file was completely expired.
Trump is not our President. Perhaps there were other statements that you made that were also not correct?
