The Kronos is t heavy at all compared to Motifs. And I think user friendly comes down to user experience and preference. I can use any of them. It's a matter of spending time with them.
I sold my Kronos only to find out the user memory space on the Montage M is actually low.. If you are serious with loading in LOTS of multisamples you need a streaming synth like the Kronos or MPC Keys. Put in a 2TB ssd and your golden. Also don't forget you have 8 parts and not 16 to load in your sound. Part 9 to 16 are for external triggering only! You can only get around this by stacking elements, but it takes a lot of time. I won't say i regret getting the M, it sounds amazing, but in some specific cases it's quite limiting.
For 5k i can get an organ a used motif and a basic sound system and projector for a church….with that being said I still want it 😂🤣

I had one. It’s heavy in weight. It’s heavy on the menus and programming. It’s not as user friendly as the montage M and or MODX+ OS
