Most of the people know Alice Guo was able to leave the country using connections form the airport authorities and with her wealth, she can just pay her way out easily. Question is, who are those responsible and also our laws should be stricter on those guilty of helping her escape like imposing a long jail time and a hefty fine to teach them a lesson and as a warning to all who would violate their duty mandate.

Bureau of Immigration or whoever issues the PH Passport should have revoked Alice Guo's passport when she was being investigated as one of the mastermind for the illegal POGO in Bamban. Alice used her PH Passport to enter Malaysia, Indonesia & Singapore.
I do not think Ms. Guo left Manila through NAIA but at the back door exit points either Tawi Tawi in Southern Mindanao which is so close to Malaysia even by Ferry or Private Cessna Plane.
