- Chocolate protein bars. Fast and easy protein snacks.
Ingredients:
Milk 200 g
Protein 80 g
Cocoa 20 g
Cocoa or coconut oil 40 g
Sweetener 12 g
When using soy/pea protein, I recommend increasing the amount of milk by 120 grams. The mass before boiling will be thicker than in the video. But it will take a little longer to boil it to the desired thickness.
