Duuuuude. I dislocated my arm last Jan and was pathetically trying to play while only being able to play with my wrist, arm in a cast. Then I discovered 1 saber mode. Score! As I got more movement back I was able to watch UA-cam and move my arms to the notes, pretending to play. Eventually I was back to playing, even with a giant hinged elbow brace. Finally I got to PT. They were so impressed with my range of movement (thanks best saber!) I finished PT early. Beat Saber for the win! #addicted

Yes, anytime I am listening to any song that I have ever played on beat saber. I am picturing the blocks in my mind. I used to go work out on a treadmill and every time I would listen to one of my favorite songs I would have to go right upstairs and get on my VR to get it out of my head. Sometimes I just like to listen to music and picture the best movements for it and I will have it memorized. I love this game.

just wanna say, whenever your saber floats away on the Quest, it's not because of bad tracking, but because the bt connection was lost, i.e. the battery is low.. Even if the headset cameras can't see the controllers, the rotation is still transmitted wirelessly, only the position is off (and usually frozen, not floating).. So yea, it wouldn't be rotating on its own, unless there's a connection issue.. nothing to do with tracking..

When I got out of bed the day after I got my Quest and played BS for the first time I fell over. The muscles of my calves was absolute agony probably because they were so unaccustomed to the small movements I did just moving my upper body while standing still. Thankfully the pain eased up after a minute of walking (which probably looked hilarious because I couldn't walk properly) but they were sore for a few days after.

Oh, I love every moment of this video. I never would’ve thought that I would be playing video games for at least an hour a day when I am staring hard at turning 50 very soon. I love playing on expert plus and it is my favorite workout ever. I hope I don’t get too old to enjoy this game because then I’m just going to have to drink, but I really love it when I’m better than people a quarter of my age. I really like wiping the floor with children. Ha ha ha.
I’ve been practice a song for two day and 9 hours on expert practice mode at 95% speed and I soon as I say I’m ready I fail within the first of seconds of non practice
I still dearly love my PSVR. The valve is much better for tracking, but the headset itself for PSVR is just soooooo much more comfortable that I always end up preferring it. (Here's hoping PSVR2 is a comfortable🤞) And Quest's controllers are just waaay too small for my hands, and I haven't yet found a third party extender that is comfortable. (But always looking) For an example, I far prefer PlayStation to XBox, but PlayStation controllers are so small my hands cramp after using them very long. The original giant XBox controller that everyone complained about being too big was absolutely perfect sized for me, and one of the most comfortable controllers I have ever used. And side note, I have lost almost 50 lbs, (46.4 and counting), in the last year and a half, Starting in May 2021), from just 30-60 minutes of daily Beat Saber and BoxVR without any other lifestyle or diet changes.
At first got the psvr and beat saber and quickly realized: that sucks. No custom songs, no multiplayer, no mods and the song packs you have to buy are brutally overpriced... But after a while i got a good PC (w 2060 Super) and a Valve Index. Totally love it!
