Exquisite car. Beautiful color. I much prefer them in dark colors. You're lucky it's an 85 so you don't have the single row timing chain time bomb. None the less keep an eye on the state of the chain and guides. I would assume the SL shop would have checked that but as a rule all Mercedes V8's should have these done around 100K miles. Really beautiful car. A 107 is a dream car of mine too.

Thank you Peter and thanks for watching. I love the colour and agree that I prefer the darker colours as well. I would imagine they have checked as they have completed some engine work on the SL and done a full health check so I will double check this. I glad I’ve achieved my dream and hope you do too. 👍
