As a former track athlete from Texas A&M and Texas Tech university, your daughter did amazing with them blocks due to the fact that them ate national blocks. The best way to use them are the put the one side of the block all the way to the top and count two off of that and then they will be perfect for her! Really enjoyed your video and tell your girls to keep it up ! I have an older brother who won silver at the Olympic in the 100m dash (Fred Kerley) so watching your girls is a blessing and they are going to make it far!

Yeah, in track you are usually running against yourself. You have to run your own race and sometimes you run your best time but you did not place in the top 3 and sometimes you win but didn’t do your best. Track and field is almost a “I” sport but your points earned contributes to the entire team. You got to listen to both girls….. they always do well but they identify their misses and work hard to fix their misses. One fix can change a time more than you think. When you have talent than technique will determine your outcome. The girls got this!
I love how you just brought up that comment about her “getting upset when she doesn’t win.” I saw that comment on the last vid I think, but you stayed ten toes behind her 💯 Iykyk we just want prs and if we don’t execute the way we practiced we get upset
that’s so crazy , i looked dead in your daughters face and asked her if she was finished with her reps and didn’t even realize it was her from this youtube family! my head was so in the game 😭! she did an amazing job ❤️!

The girls are doing an amazing job. And I totally get the juggling of kids. I have 3 that play sports and I also coach girls basketball and it is very hard when you have to miss one of their events.
I know exactly where you are coming from I’m a throw coach and I have a thrower who came from gymnastics and she’s very hard on herself when she doesn’t meet her expectations for the day we had regionals on Wednesday and she placed 3 in the region but was up set with how she threw even though she qualified for states and cried because she felt like she could have thrown better
