That CPU certainly didn't last as long as the GPU, with only 2 cores it came to the end of it's capabilities pretty quickly, luckily that socket supports some pretty great i5s and i7s so an excellent upgrade path was available and those CPUs are still decent even today
Yo yesterday i bought the exact same model with full set and all accessories for 35usd because my rx graphics card was damaged and still under repair. So until it get fixed I bought this. Damn this thing is so good 😮🤓😍
I just got a 4gb half height single slot one from aliexpress for my secondary pc hp prodesk 400 g3 sff with and i5 6500, 16gb ram and a 256 Samsung oem ssd think it's based off the 850
I am thinking a 1060 3GB next, the 1050Ti shouldn't really be considered that much at all in 2023, it costs as much as a 1060 and performs a lot worse, only maybe the 1050ti without a 6 pin would make sense if you really need it, but at least a 1060 is required to play games somewhat smoothly nowadays.
I am not sure if VRAM is the main problen for this card, sure a bit more of VRAM will help, but even then 1080P is just not achievable since the card itself is just weak for todays games
@@marlon.8051 it isn´t pointless since alot of people have an pc with let´s say second to fith gen i5 or sth. and they need a card to play some games, and this is when the gtx 750ti is useful when you are on a really tight budget but need something to play games before 2015.
@@marlon.8051true, but maybe you don't have the budget for a new build and that's exactly a type of build for which I sold the 750Ti for, an i5 2400 + 8gb ddr3, replacing a r7 240, really giving the system a lot of options now
I don't really think that will work on every card, from their site I saw it's supported from the rx 5000 series and rtx 20 series, would be great if it was available for these cards as well, but imagine using a 10 year old card for a few more years, that wouldn't profit neither AMD or Nvidia 😅
i remember pc builds from back in the days featuring this and the pentium g3258, it was sure able to play everything decently back then

@@Gaming_Assassin_ Yes, but i remmeber how really you could play anything back then with a dual core still back then
It only lasted for a little bit because games were still designed around 2005 era consoles.

Still pushing with my gtx 7501 GB

Gtx 1050ti next 🐧

I've seen 4gb variants of this card from Chinese GPU vendors which will probably push it to play modern games at 1080p.

@@Gaming_Assassin_ yeah, I agree.its still good for higher level of textures.
i mean this card is pointless when you can get the same or better performance with an ryzen igpu

Well fsr3 is there to back it up

@@Gaming_Assassin_ w8 didn't they said they will make it available for every card and i also saw a vid where he used fsr3 on gtx 1050
@yoitszubayer3568 yeah i saw that as well but their site says different things, we will see
@@Gaming_Assassin_ aw man that sucks and i was thinking buying rx580 to run aaa games using fsr3 😕
Well a rx 580 can still handle pretty mich every game at 1080p, preferably a 8gb model
