FIRST WAVE Departures at Bristol Airport (Inc 737 MAX 8 + Jet2, & FULL ATC) | Morning Takeoffs (4K)

- Early morning takeoffs at Bristol Airport, including the full 'first wave' of departures. Traffic has really picked up over the last few days compared to just last week as schools broke up for summer. Really nice to see a couple of holiday flights with the likes of TUI (look out for the 737 MAX 8 in the video) and Jet2 (who only started operations at Bristol in early July). If the length of the takeoff run is anything to go by, it looks like Jet2 must be doing well passenger wise, getting airbourne just before the touchdown markings! ✈️ Watch in 4K for best viewing.
The weather was very changeable with low cloud rolling in, then clearing, before rolling in again. Look at the time in the corner of the video to see how it varied drastically in the space of just a few minutes. ⛅☀️☁️ But the low cloud and high humidity did allow for some awesome wing condensation on some takeoffs. 😍
I've included flight details in the corner as well as full ATC communications, plus as I mentioned above, the local time in the corner to give you a better idea of how the morning played out. Another thing is the wide-angle 'behind the lens' shots, let me know if you liked that feature or not. 😀

Good stuff.. Nice to see so many takeoffs over an early morning 2 hour period at Bristol.. Good photography and sound Well done - A nice compilation. . I used to work at LGW from 1969 until 2000 as a BAA Terminal Controller. .Just a shame these days not the variety of aircraft types.. I miss the VC10 , 1-11 , Comet 4C , B727 , DC8 , DC10 , L1011 , BAC146, Etc.. and of course the B727 and Concorde among others.. but still nice to see these modern updated Airbus varieties and Boeing 737's in action.. I use a Sony RX10-IV, the lens is the one that comes with it (it isn't changeable) and I have never used it without the lens hood so I'm not sure if it does or not 😃
