Lucky, lucky you! I had the surgery a year ago with the same docs. Unfortunately, since then, there's the sound of a fan that runs 24/7, hearing went from excellent to a loss that ranges on the day (20-80% less), unable to use the phone on the operated on ear (voices shrill), difficulty being with a group or in an eating establishment and not much driving. Thank your lucky stars - you're very fortunate.
