The H1B lifestyle feels like a curse-it can make you feel insignificant and drain your confidence as you constantly worry about losing your job and being forced to leave the country. I am staying in the USA solely for my kids, who are now in college and high school. If someone is considering moving back to India, it’s better to decide early while your kids are still young. Otherwise, it becomes much harder to make that decision later.
How is the tution fees for school in US? I got an another video about school fees in Bangalore. Parents are shelling on an average 3 lakh per annum. Private schools in Bangalore are sucking hard earned money. ua-cam.com/video/FQbL3Su9apI/v-deo.htmlsi=wyurEM01rpCQixR6
Amazon did a lot of Layoffs which impacted my husband. Market for IT is getting really tough. Being on visa is very hard. It’s a good move. Life is lot easier in India.
how are you loving it there? with so much of traffic, pollution, resource constrained like water etc. Nothing is systematic, corruption at the ground level, potholes on roads etc.

Good Interview. We are moving back to India from the US after 15 years of living here. Me and my wife are confident with our decision. Not an easy decision for anyone returning back to India.
why move, work in USA take unpaid leave, go to India 3 times a year. stay 2 weeks each time. Even after paying so much for airlines, working in US gives more money. Also switch jobs every year and take vaccation on the time in between. And dont forget the loopholes in company policies where you can get medical certificate from India and extend your vaccation
@@DesiReturn I wanted you to ask coming guests about traffic in India, system in western countries, not giving enough opportunities for outsiders in western countries especially in job and well as sports sectors. Hope this will give more ideas to think people.
Why are these moves talked about as such a big deal. You always decide where to live based on your situation and what is best for you. One person's situation is different from another. I can understand some of the tips that may help in moving from one place to another.
It's a big decision for lot of people and people want to evaluate options based on facts/information to decide and then plan their finances, career, kids etc., Yes everyone situation is different but people can resonate to certain as they might be in similar boat. Hello Avinash, thank you for creating desi return episodes. These are really inspiring and very informative for people who are looking forward to moving back. Can you please make a video on term and health insurance policies for nris who are planning to return and retire. Thank you in advance.🎉
Good decision taken by the family. But I must say rather advice to anyone trying to move abroad from India is to think and think and think before taking the decision. As we all know one cannot have the same life as he or she had in India. One must be open to all the changes when moving to a foreign country. One has to remember the country where one is moving to will not change their sociocultural aspects for you whoever you are and wherever you are coming from. One has to learn and abide by the rules of that country if not do not move stay back in India. In short accept the system or stay back in India no one will ask you not ot move back.
Looks very unsecured and overwhelmed about everything and I felt they took wrong approach and decision. I have seen many people took decisions like this and returned to USA.
I was considering moving back to India but decided to stay in the same job for the past 10 years, with no significant progress, just to fulfill my kids wishes.
