  • **Please note, I no longer use and cannot recommend Dixie Belle Paint products due to highly questionable business practices, contract violations, and unethical treatment of artists and retailers that led to mine and numerous others resignations in late 2021. Please see the links below for more information. I have chosen to leave this video content up for learning purposes only, but highly recommend considering other products when trying to achieve these same techniques. There are too many good product brands on the market to support a brand with these practices. I've included links to my most used options below

Nice detail touch to add wall paper or liner inside the door. Also, hobby lobby finds on the cheap. Brandy, thanks for illustrating how easy this process is.

Thanks for the information. I've got to try this method of applying paper to a piece of furniture in the near future.

    This is an awesome idea!
I've used this on the back of some really nasty China cabinets and the sides of drawers...I don't know why I didn't think of doing it on the back of the doors though. Haha!
    So pretty!

If you roll your paper to the blank side, or blank side up, it kinda reverse roll, it and helps to lay down almost flat!
    Love your work❣️

Hi Brandy, nice job! Dresser is beautiful! I use a nail file or a sanding block to remove the excess of the paper. I hold it at a 45 degree angle relative to the edge and cut off the excess paper.

Gorgeous, thanks for the tips. I don’t like mod podge for this either ❤️

Brandy, your eyes are so kind, you can't get past them. No make up, no problem ;) As for patience, I would have used a very sharp L O N G knife to trim that paper lol. Do it in two swoops. Of course, what works in my mind, doesn't always in reality lol. Great idea too. Going to do my doors in the china closet that I painted not to long ago! Love ya Bran.

Hey Brandy! If you roll your paper backwards, and in the opposite direction, it will straighten it out.

I can't wait to try this method! Thank you for sharing. Is there a particular wall paper paste that you recommend? I've never used wall paper paste before. Thank you!!

Very pretty pattern. And a great idea. The dresser itself has graceful style and the panting of it is very flattering. Are the handles repos or original? Those are nicely matched. Nice work! PAM. BTW you have well behaved kids and cute too.
