Here in America, all the stores have Halloween decorations, our homes are decorated with Halloween decorations, inside and outside, with orange , purple and green lights, with red, we have spider webs and tombstones, with ghosts, and its spooky, all the kids trick or treat at all the houses that are decorated and have lights on. If the house is dark, that means no candy.

i was just thinking smiley although the authoritys did not allow halloween to be celebrated like it was in the past in case of panic which i can understand why ,but it made no difference to the amount of people in places like shibuya streets ,and had there been a panic many would have been trampled on including the police officers.
