@WhimsicalLittledawg its horrible honestly. For me its usually footsteps, knocking on walls, etc, occasionally it could be muffled voices. sometimes if im tired its just a collection of things ive heard throughout the day, for example i was playing rdr2 and started hearing horse sounds LOL. But yeah generally its not a good experience.
Asmr doesnt completely get rid of them but it good enough of a distraction to keep my mind busy
Occasionally if i do hear something i just try think to myself "it was just in the asmr"
