I've been using Bob Ross to get tingles. once I found asmr it was life changing. asmr helped me get to sleep now I can get back to the things I love.
my family hated my constant crying myself to sleep. but with asmr I finally sleep without needing to cry.

@@Aqkrm it’s a sensation that some people feel on their scalp and neck whilst watching asmr, unfortunately some people are more immune to it than others but it’s a really strange yet amazing feeling when you do get it :)
