I got nice ski boots for the first time and it was so comfy when they had me put the hot boots on my feet. Like a warm hug

Can the microwave work in a pinch?

Microwaves don't work on many materials. It's mostly the water in food that actually gets hot. And of course don't put metal in a microwave, if you don't know what you are doing especially

The buckles will create sparks and may burn down your house
