I just imagined myself trying to follow your way of compacting the charger and ending up with some SMD elements sunked in a single blob of tin 😂 Just amazing level of precision. You're inhumane ❤️
"This mini drill is the perfect example of how creativity and innovation can come together! Thanks for sharing such a powerful yet simple DIY project!"
I love it. It's like a gadget from James Bond. 😄 Also using the syringe to get rid of the bubbles in the resin and soldering the components together so you don't need the board was impressive. 👏
I am in absolute awe of your fine soldering skills. The way you rebuilt that circuit directly on the port is beyond insane! Great video, and very cool build.
at first i dont think its will drill through thick layers meterial untill you drill that wood plate, i also impressive that you pull out all small smd chips from pcb and soldered it with a wired, great art!
I have never seen anything quite as percise as this project I was mind blown as a kid when duracell introduced batteried with a charge level indicator But that was just a heating element and some thermochromic paint. Also designed and built by a huge corporation This... This is next level. You can't call it DIY any more. That doesn't do it justice
The thickness of the oil sign pen is perfect for working and it will be easy to process. Then you can use the lid and when it's not in use. It's different and cute when you make it with batteries.
Masterpiece like always. One question, did you modify the charging current rate of the BMS? Cause the PCB board itself dissipate heat. Connecting them like this is a brilliant idea, but if it charges the battery with normal 0.5 or 1 A, the IC become hot and might melt some wire isolation.
Ok, I want to make this, we all do. But not all of us are Electrical Engineers and just recreate that PCB over the back of a USB-C lol. I want to, but there is no way. Like many of your battery related projects, you should design your own boards. Your sponsor want you to! lol
i wondered what he was doing there... can you please provide some context? Usually I've learned that we don't want bubbles in epoxide, so whe use slight impacts to get the bubbles to the top. But here is seems he was pumping in air into the syringe?
he was creating a vacuum which pulls any remaining air out of the resin, another process is to use pressure to compress bubbles small enough not to be seen but the resin needs to remain in the pressure vessel until cured and not ideal for this application, I use both techniques depending on what I’m making, my pressure vessel is a modified stainless steel 5l pressure cooker, I’ll pressurise it to around 60psi, works great 🙂

Awesome video! The instructions are so clear and easy to follow, and it really helped me understand how to make a mini drill. The compact design and Type-C charging feature make it super convenient! Thank you for sharing this creative idea!

This is super good. But the problem is that in total there is only 120mah which is low, especially for a drill. Its motor would need to work extra hard to drill things and consume even more power from battery but I can see you did your best by connecting 4x 30mah batteries in parallel to increase capacity.
Fun fact in their terms of service you explicitly give them permission to sell ideas uploaded to their platform by using their platform. So enjoy getting scammed by people who will blatantly tell you to your face that they're scamming you but they're willing to help you along the way. That's one hell of a sponsorship right there brother
It's like you don't know much about electronics! I have used AA battery pumice and it does not mean that my voltage is 1.5V. In the car, the voltage is between 3-4.2 volts and the motor works with the same voltage
Naw this is Science Fiction as he's resoldering of charging board is 100% 💩! That's is why we never seen the drill working in its small form and only see the end piece working.

"This video is sponsored by JLCPCB", continues to compact circuit more than the PCB, by hand. 🤯❤
he is actually showing how to cut those PCBs in half 😄

As soon as you started dismantling that pcb I realised this wasn't a DIY video, it was an recording of a piece of art.
Really steady hands

This is such a game-changer! A mini drill that charges with USB-C? Brilliant idea! I’m definitely trying this out.
First time I've seen someone degassing resin like that! Ingenious!!!
at first i dont think its will drill through thick layers meterial untill you drill that wood plate, i also impressive that you pull out all small smd chips from pcb and soldered it with a wired, great art!
At this point he shoud be sponsored by Duracell
But he thrown away all insides and used li-polymer batteries instead. That is rather a slap in the face of Duracell than an ad.
I have never seen anything quite as percise as this project

I attached the IC to the Type-C port, which cools the IC when it gets hot.

Again a great built! I am always amazed how you make these really small loading circuits! Sad that they are not sold that small ;)
Never seen someone break down and miniaturize a PCB like this. Really interesting video. Let us know how long the drill lasts.

It can work with battery power for about 5 minutes, and it is also possible to connect a type C cable to it and work with cable power.
I am amazed at how complicated a thing can be created out of nothing. That is what really makes me wonder.

I'm impressed by the power of the motor! Did you modify the chuck? I found mine to be really bad...
It’s fake. No way is that running off 1.5v it’s not possible. 1.5v wouldn’t even turn that chuck.
@@thesausage351 thoes are lithium 3v - 4.2v battery cells, not 1.5v. I'm sure it isn't fake!
This motor model has a lot of power and consumes more amps than similar motors. I have written the engine model inside the video.
It's like you don't know much about electronics! I have used AA battery pumice and it does not mean that my voltage is 1.5V. In the car, the voltage is between 3-4.2 volts and the motor works with the same voltage
