    I love doing the ball balance. And like you fell off a dozen times. But it won't stop the fun. Thanks again. Keep the repeat button on.

    Great video, you certainly have quite the balance. That is part of my goal when using the stability ball. How long does it take for you to be able to kneel on top of the stability ball?
    Suggestion, perhaps do videos shirtless, to show us guys what we can look like when we take care of ourselves.

    I have owned one of these for like 10 years now. I stopped using it for the most part because I got tired of falling. I still, ocassionally do crunches or jacknives - ocassional ab workout. I wonder what the risk/reward is for some of these exercises.

    Pretty sure you won't see this, but if you had to choose three, based on best for your buck, what would it be?
    I'm thinking reverse hyper, Russian twists and crunches. What's your opinion?

    Tried the first 3
    Num 10 - easy I was able to do 2 sets of 15 reps each
    Number 9 - 2 sets of 10 reps each
    Number 8 -just 3 reps. It is soooo hard to keep my legs on that ball. They kept falling off. What's the trick to keep legs from falling off?? holy moly how do you keep that ball stable??

      There’s no right or wrong amount reps. See what you’re able to do and try to increase it gradually from workout to workout.

    i'm conVINCED(pun intended) beyond a shadow of a doubt that youtube/google is VSHRED's silent partner. you literally cannot watch a fitness video and a VSHRED ad not play. go ahead test the theory i dare you. there is no way they are paying for all these ads, youtube/google or someone on the board has to be invested somehow

    I spend days feeling weak, walking with poor posture and a bad back then i watch one of these and think “time to start working out” then i get lazy for a couple of days.
    And the cycle repeats itself

    • @michael43216
      @michael43216 4 роки тому +1

      Maybe you are trying too much, too soon with no coherent plan.
      Lifestyle changes should be done in a way they don't feel like much of a sacrifice and you can keep up with them in the long term.
      For example, try a simple mobility rutine you can do for 5 minutes every day.

    @erinpus1982 4 роки тому

    how many reps and sets max?

    • @MinusTheGym
      @MinusTheGym  4 роки тому +2

      Erinpus depends on your goals. If you're just choosing one exercise from the list to include in your workout, I recommend doing 4 or 5 sets of that exercise. Aim for 10 reps or as many as you can do without breaking correct form. But if you're going to run through all 10 of the exercises in the video, then I recommend only 1 or 2 sets of each (same rep scheme).
