I am so glad I bought the flaps. I was driving to work on a dark morning. I ran over something that made a awful noise. I could tell that what ever it was hit the flaps. I believe that the flaps saved the side of my car. I am running 17.5mm spacers, so yes my track width is wider than stock.

Thank's for explaining the length differences. Here in Coastal Florida the sand is slowly blasting through the clear coat along the lower rockers on our F30 and F80. I'm ordering 2 sets for both.

These are great. I made a new set of much larger ones based on this template because my front is VERY wide now - 275 with et13 and negative 4 camber. I will probably be trying 295 or 305 next year.
What did you make them with?

It's good stuff. If you drive with spacers through winter. It's a must mod. The rocks hitting under front bottom door. I can see it. I don't drive mine through winter, previous owner did. I think. I'm getting them installed soon, all the dirt and rocks and mud, hitting and rear carbon fiber defusah. That will protect it. My car is black so all blends in... Pozdrawiam.
You will love this mod. Gotta get together one day for a Polish reunion.

Either in. Longer ones will always protect better.
What size of wheel spacers are you running bro and is your car lowered

Mud flaps need a design upgrade, they are rather cheap looking. Something more aesthetically appealing would be nice.

I don't really like the direction BMW is going w there future cars front wheel drive 2 series that looks like a Hyundai larger than life grilles on all models cars are getting bigger and less enthusiast inspired and made for the masses who know nothing about cars.

@@wjohnsonism I couldn't agree with you more I own a 2001 BMW 330ci 5 speed manual it truly is an amazing ride! handling is superb! I've done a few videos of my BMW. I've driven various BMW's new and old while the newer models are quicker there sure is a disconnect compared to the old ones when it comes to handling.
DreamCarDriving // I had a 05' 330ci. Spent $5,000 refreshing it over a 3 year period and it was absolutely mint. It even had the rare SMG 6 speed transmission that worked flawlessly. Unfortunately it was totaled a month after checking off the last item on a refresh list. Although I defaulted into a F80 M3, to this day I still miss the 330ci. It was a laid back, classic vibe everywhere I went I generating lots of thumbs up.

Enjoy what you have! Lol I would buy an f80 but I can't really afford it right now I'm working towards it in my new career as an automotive tech and maybe a UA-camr 😂.

They help me keep my car clean, they help others keep their cars clean and rock-Chip free and they make me little $. I call it a win win win
Tommy L Garage It’s amazing how much road debris hits the sides of the F80/82. Especially if you drive them all winter and live where it snows. I too have cf parts I want to protect over the winter. Rock chips are a lot uglier than the flaps.
Sorry but they looks realy ugly, I would never use it on such a car!
They serve a great purpose
They look so cheap to your M3 , if you can afford an M3 why don’t you buy a winter beater instead of putting those cheap plastic
They blend in just fine...
Then I would not enjoy the car.
The flaps keep my car clean and rock chip free for a fraction of getting it wrapped. I’m very proud of them.
