PAINT COLORS: Bob Ross Floral colors
Titanium white, Ultramarine blue, Sap or Hookers green, Turquoise, Alizarin Crimson, Cad red medium, Cad red light, Cad orange, and Cad yellow.
OTHER MATERIALS: Oil paint
Canvas 12X16, 1/2 " floral brush, 3/4' floral brush, filbert brush, and round brush. Synthetic brushes will work also. Clear oil medium, Odorless thinner, lots of paper towels.

The love story between you & your husband is beautiful I’m also in love with this painting I like to watercolor paint but I’m not real good at it I just have fun trying to make different flowers. But your rose is beautiful thanks for sharing.

Hi C M. The colors I am using are Bob Ross Floral colors. They are available at www.bobross.com or I believe you can get them through Amazon, or the larger craft stores. They are beautiful colors. 💕

Also, will you consider painting flowers in a vase?
Yes Dedgy, I have done this on black, but not made a video of it. Red on a black canvas is gorgeous! Probably will not do one in a vase, but I could change my mind! Who knows what I will do.
can I do these techniques with any synthetic flat brush or do I specifically need natural hair flat brushes? I really want to expand from landscpaes into floral/still life
You can use any flat brush Dedgy. I personally think that a good natural hair floral brush works best, but every one is different, and not everyone has natural brushes.
