How is documenting Golden Eagle predation doing that. It sounds more like the ranchers believe the eagles are killing lambs. Sorry if I'm not getting it. Just not connecting the dots here. Don't get me wrong I'll do anything I can to help.
Documenting Golden Eagle documentation proves that it is happening, and that trapping eagles in the habit of predating lambs and instead of other options, using them for falconry helps the ranchers, the sheep, the eagles, and the Falconers all have a better outcome.
The idea seems to be proving that there is a method of taking healthy eagles for falconry that won't piss anyone off. It won't do anything about the regulations, which are pretty crazy.
We have a breeding conservation research and eagle falconry project going to promote and try to ptotect the golden eagle of the eastern continent from threats of green energy and habitat loss. A joint task group would be welcome
Absolutely beautiful! Eagles are freaking beasts! You have awesome filmography skills!
Man it’s always city ppl trying to make harmful laws on the environment they never spend any time in.

They looking to ban keeping goldys over there? If so for what reason?
No good reason, they just don’t feel we should have them. Which is why we are pushing back with sound science and documentation.

I understand the program they are trying to put together but I don;t understand how this will help. Can someone explain?
They think stopping eagle falconry will help prevent poachers from catching wild eagles.
