  • good question! tape the bottom, rub the resin into the sides or let it 'dome'. if you haven't discovered the magic amazingness of epoxy resin yet... WHY NOT!?!?! go here: artresin.com

I love Art Resin brand. It is the best I have found. Pay that little extra you and your clients will love the results. It’s simple to use, food safe, non toxic, little to NO fumes comes out crystal clear hard as a rock and the 45 min working window is AWESOME!

Shine bright Beautiful please check your facts. Resin is toxic. It’s not food safe and once colours and/or heat has been applied. FDA certificate says “incidental food contact” NOT food safe! This is a devious marketing ploy by manufacturers. As for no fumes 😂😂😂 just because you can’t smell them doesn’t mean they’re not present. Please do your research.

Using a file is the best way to wreck your canvas. Just apply a bit of heat with the heat gun and a firm spatula, it’ll remove it completely.

I dig what you do. I did some work with resins back when i was studying painting at the SF Art Institute and the effect is great, BUT i hope you are being VERY VERY careful, one reason i quit using any resins..epoxy resin specifically gave me headaches, skin rashes after awhile. All that to me being quite unhealthy, and there is more i looked into, long term effects. So from someone that no longer even paints in oil paints. water based for me, less messsy and no toxic smell.. best from the west

+Mark Erickson thanks mark. we take health VERY seriously. we made artresin because the old stuff we used gave us headaches too.. it can actually make your teeth crumble or give you seizures too!! ArtResin has no VOC's and is safe to use without a respirator if you have a ventilated space. happy to give you more details, but please know that we are VERY conscientious about this :) (and proud of what we have created)

ArtResin safe to use without a respirator? That’s not good advice. You can’t know how everyone will react. Full PPE & ventilation is a must.

How do you prevent like holes forming in your art resin after you have poured it onto your art board and also after you use the blow torch?

    • @ivonnemistudio9433

Mavis Brown “holes” or pits are generally caused by silicone in the artwork that hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned off. TIP: don’t ever use silicone or resiblast with resin
