Oozaru gives him 10x Boost to power, thus making it 20
The only reason Oozaru managed to kill gohan, because gohan trained goku to power level of 10, thus Oozaru was 100

I like how this is basically just how it went in the original story so far, save for one *very* critical difference. I can only speculate that this universe will diverge from the other very suddenly in coming episodes.
