just got mine the other day and the quality is outstanding! everything is machined to fine tolerances, and anodized to last. this tool will out last a lifetime, easy. it’s solid, accurate, and so beautiful that like just looking at it. i built a heavy 2 1/4” router table, and a massive cabinet with full extension drawer, and of course swivel casters. i’m designing a fence, and dust collection to accommodate this whole assembly, and then the JessEm Mast-R-Lift gets installed. I CAN’T WAIT TO RUN IT. JessEm is the best !
Thank you for your interest in our Mast-R-Lift II. The Milwaukee 5615-21 will work with the Mast-R-Lift II. The built in adjustment rod on the Milwaukee router will fit in between the clamping pads and the gap in the Mast-R-Lift II carriage where it clamps to the router.
Went to buy a lifter and was convinced I wanted the Woodpecker brand until I saw the JessEm. It got to be one of the nicest pieces of equipment I’ve ever seen. Quality all around. Well made and well thought out. No plastic here. At first I though it was a little pricey, but after seeing what you get it’s worth every penny. Accurate and well built. What more could you want?

The Mast-R-Lift II top plate measures 9-1/4" L x 11-3/4" W x 3/8" D. The overall lift length is approximately 12" deep. As long as the Bench Dog ProTop can accommodate that size, it should fit fine.
This lift has a few advantages to the Rout-R-Lift II. Aside from smoother raising/lowering capabilities, the main difference is the adaptability and futureproofing. The Rout-R-Lift II only accepts 2.25HP Motors (or approximately 3.2" diameter fixed based motors). The Mast-R-Lift II utilizes our patented clamping pad system, which adjusts to accept motors from 3.2" - 4.2" (or up to 3-1/4HP). Essentially, the Rout-R-Lift II works with approximately 10-15 motors and you need to pick the Rout-R-Lift II configuration to work with your current motor. The Mast-R-Lift II works with 25+ motors and is universal in design - meaning no need to upgrade if you want to change or upgrade motors. You simply adjust your pads and go!
