You have done a wonderful job capturing the scenic beauty of the region with deltas and mangrove forests and popularizing the local food culture(especially starting from picking up the fish from Beypore/Chaliyam harbor in the early morning to cutting it in the right way, and finally making it to the delicious dish. It was obvious from the word Go, that you were in your element, perfectly at home setting up your country kitchen on the sand banks of River Kadalundi, while you zestfully proceeded to showcase that wonderful Kozhikodan fish biriyani...what a visual treat and what a gastronomic experience!
