They should electronically lock the rpm and modes they don't want you using for the first 1,000 miles. That way you can't accidentally mess it up

If you were to accidently pull out infront of a truck you might need more than 4000rpm to save yourself
Like he said it will still be more powerful then most cars. If they tell you about the feature while you are buying it and while it's being delivered then I don't think there can he a lawsuit.
The Truth the smart way is the companies that currently just break in your engine before shipping it out.

Actually it isnt. You are legally requierd to have tires that fit the wheater, so if its dry amt not -20°c summer tires are fine. This is actually the case for most european countries
